The machine is V-cut 90° capable.
The Crushing Slitter Unit has 5 shafts, driven by a 7.5hp motor with adjustable speed.
One pre-crushing shaft has 6 circular blades 260 mm diameter.
Two shafts have 6 crushing rings each.
Top slitting shaft has 12 circular blades 350 mm diameter.
Bottom slitting shaft has 12 circular blades 260 mm diameter.
The two slitting shafts enable cookie cut.
All shafts, crushing rings and circular blades are easy adjustable.
All shafts have an easy dismantling system.

The Crushing Slitter Unit has CE Approval - EN 60204-1.
